WOBI will donate $100 per ticket sold to the Australian bushfire crisis

As the bushfires continue to devastate parts of Australia, our hearts go out to all those who have been affected.

WOBI Australia will be donating $100 per ticket sold in January towards one of the below bushfire funds of your choice:

  • Vinnies Bushfire Appeal
Vinnies is on the ground helping people as they deal with the immediate aftermath of fires, and will continue to be there as they rebuild their lives in the long term. They will provide food, clothing, essential items and grocery vouchers, pay unexpected bills, make referrals onto a range of other organisations providing crisis accommodation and specialised services and give much-needed emotional support to pick up the pieces after homes are lost. Funds will be directed to bushfire relief in ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, TAS and VIC.

  • NSW Rural Fire Service
Donations made to the NSW Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS) directly benefit volunteer firefighters on the frontline and are always gratefully received.

  • WWF Australian Wildlife and Nature Recovery Fund
It is estimated that 1.25 billion native Australian animals have died due to the devastating affects of the fires. Donations made to WWF Australia will assist in the emergency care towards all injured wildlife affected by the fires as well as assist in the restoration of the wildlife habitats and homes.

We are grateful to the incredible firefighters, emergency services and volunteers who are working tirelessly and risking their lives to protect our country.
