Lunch is only provided to VIP ticket holders. We encourage standard ticket attendees to make reservations prior to the event at one of the many top rated restaurants located near Lincoln Plaza. You can find a list of restaurant recommendations here.
To avoid lines and wait times, you may pick up your badge at pre-registration on Nov. 13th at the David H. Koch Theater ticket lobby from 12-8pm. Alternatively, registration will be open at 8:00 am on Nov. 14th and 15th.
Yes, if you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another colleague within your organization.
We do not offer assistance with reservations but we have partnered with hotels in the vicinity of the David H. Koch Theater who offer discounted rates to WBFNY attendees. Please visit the Plan Your Trip section of our website to learn more.
Yes, for a nominal fee of $3 per item.
No, we offer open seating at each section.
Yes, they can be found at the coat check.
No. Neither coffee nor any other drinks are permitted inside the theater.
Yes. We will distribute to attendees via email, any presentations approved by the speakers.
No problem. If this is prior to the event we will be happy to email your e-ticket once again. Otherwise, please bring proper identification to one of our registration counters and one of our staff members will be happy to search for you in our system and re-print your event pass.
Registration opens at 8:00 am, theater doors open at 8:30 am, the program commences at 9:00 am on both days.
