To avoid lines and wait times, you may pick up your badge at pre-registration on Nov. 19th at the David H. Koch Theater ticket lobby from 1-8 pm. Alternatively, registration will be open at 8:00 am on Nov. 20th and 21st.
Yes, if you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another colleague within your organization.

Yes. We will distribute to attendees via email, any presentations approved by the speakers.
No problem. If this is prior to the event we will be happy to email your e-ticket once again. Otherwise, please bring proper identification to one of our registration counters and one of our staff members will be happy to search for you in our system and re-print your event pass.
We do offer Assisted Listening Devices. The ALD’s are located at the main Orchestra Level Coat Check and managed by Restaurant Associates. They are free to use and can be checked out using a photo ID or credit card.
