These purchase terms and conditions (“Purchase Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of WOBI.com, purchases through our customer call center and your purchase of any product from WOBI (jointly referred to as, “WOBI”):


User acceptance and consent to WOBI’s Purchase Terms and Conditions:


By using or visiting WOBI.com, or purchasing tickets in any manner from WOBI, you expressly agree to be legally bound and abide by these Purchase Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy located at https://www.wobi.com/wbf-london/privacy-policy/, as well as all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations.




WOBI is the official organizer of our events and tickets are not sold through any intermediary.

Each ticket is valid for one person and cannot be shared between more than one person.

Once you identify the tickets you would like to purchase, and select them, you will be directed through the checkout process where you will enter your name, address, phone, e-mail and provide payment information. You will also be able to review the ticket details and total order price.




By placing your order, you authorize WOBI to charge your method of payment for the total amount, which includes the ticket price. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


Recording Waiver:


WOBI reserves the right to broadcast and transmit recorded content via TV, Satellite, Cable, IPTV, Internet, and any other means of distribution. By participating in the World Business Forum, you grant authorisation for the use of these images/ footage.


Data Privacy Policy:


By accepting these Purchase Terms and Conditions you also accept and submit to our Privacy Policy


Ticket Holder Behavior Policy:


Attendees to our events must abide by the rules and policies of WOBI and the venue. Failure to follow such rules and policies may lead to consequences against you. If you or another person using the ticket you purchased from WOBI fails to abide by those rules and policies, you are responsible for all applicable fines and legal or other expenses associated therewith.


Cancelled and Postponed Events:


If you request cancellation within 45 days from date of purchase and 60 days prior to the event (“Refund Deadline”), a refund can be processed via EFT, less a processing fee of £ 350 per ticket. Alternatively, a credit for the same purchase value can be used towards a future WOBI event in the United Kingdom within the following year, or tickets may be transferred to a substitute participant up until 1 day prior to the event. If you request a cancellation after the Refund Deadline, you may choose from a credit or substitute up until 1 day prior to the event. All cancellation requests must be made in writing. No cancellations will be allowed after the event date.


We reserve the right to cancel the event, and if this occurs, we shall refund the total fee paid.


Unlawful Activity:


WOBI prohibits the use of WOBI.com for unlawful conduct. All users must comply with all local, state, federal and international laws, ordinances and regulations. You agree not to use any false personal information or use an invalid or unauthorized credit or debit card. You agree not to use or permit anyone to use information provided through WOBI.com for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.


No Warranty


WOBI disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, all warranties, express or implied, with respect to WOBI.com, the materials, and any tickets obtained through WOBI.com, including, without limitation, implied warranties of title, non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties that may arise from course of dealing or usage of trade. WOBI does not warrant that your use of the WOBI.com will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of WOBI.com and your reliance thereon. Your use of WOBI.com and any materials provided through the site are entirely at your own risk. You should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.


Limitation of Liability


You expressly acknowledge and agree that WOBI shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for: (i) any action of another user to WOBI.com; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, whether arising in contract or in tort, resulting from your access to and use of WOBI.com, including any claim, cause of action, obligation, liability, right, or remedy whether or not arising from the negligence of WOBI; (iii) any unauthorized access; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from WOBI.com; (iv) any bugs, viruses, worms, defects or other items of a destructive nature which may be transmitted to or through the site by any third party; (v) any error, mistake, inaccuracy or omission in any materials, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any materials available through WOBI.com;. your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with WOBI.com is to stop using the site. The maximum liability of WOBI and your sole and exclusive remedy, for all damages, losses suffered by you and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise, shall be the total amount paid by you, if any, to access WOBI.com.


Dispute Resolution


If any dispute arises, WOBI shall use its reasonable endeavours to consult or negotiate in good faith and attempt to reach a just and equitable settlement satisfactory to you and WOBI.

If we are unable to settle any dispute by negotiation with you, parties may attempt to settle it by mediation. To initiate mediation, a party must give written notice to the other parties to the dispute requesting a mediation.

Nothing in this Purchase Policy affects or restricts your statutory rights, your right to make a complaint to Trading Standards or another appropriate regulatory authority, or your right to pursue court proceedings or other forms of dispute resolution such as through the European Union Online Dispute Resolution Platform (“EU ODR Platform”), a portal through which you can submit a complaint to a registered Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider.


Changes in Terms and Conditions


WOBI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Purchase Terms and Conditions at any time. If WOBI changes any term or condition, said modification, revision and additional information shall be posted here and shall automatically replace the terms and conditions and become binding on all users of this site. Your continued use of the site following WOBI’ posting of revised terms and conditions constitute your acceptance of the revised agreement.


Force Majeure


WOBI shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these Purchase Terms and Conditions due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any act of God, fire, earthquake, blizzard, flood, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, war, any law ordinance or regulation, legal order (unless caused by WOBI’ default hereunder), any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other similar cause not under WOBI’ control.


Additional Provisions


No agency, partnership, joint venture or other relationship is intended or created by your use of WOBI.com.

These Purchase Terms and Conditions, the use of the WOBI.com and any purchases of tickets hereunder will be governed by English law, without reference to conflict of law principles.

These Purchase Terms and Conditions contain the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the matters contained herein and supersedes and replaces in its entirety any and all prior communications and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between the parties, whether oral, written, electronic or implied.

If any provision of these Purchase Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable under any circumstance, its application in any other circumstances and the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Further, the provision that has been deemed to be invalid or ineffective shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The heading at the beginning of each paragraph is for reference purposes and no way defines the scope or extent of such paragraph.
