Simon Sinek is a trained ethnographer and author of the global bestseller Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action, dedicated to sharing his thinking and leading a movement to inspire people to do the things that inspire them. Fascinated by the leaders, companies, and politicians who make an impact in the world, Simon Sinek has discovered some remarkable patterns in how they think, act and communicate.

In his best selling books, Start With Why and The Infinite Game, Simon explains why we are inspired by some people, leaders, messages and organizations over others. Throughout his career, Simon has shared his ideas at the United Nations, the United States Congress and with senior leaders of the United States Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Army and Coast Guard.

With a vision to change the way businesses think, act and operate, Simon is currently working with Ernst & Young to help transform company culture and create a better working world and has taught graduate-level strategic communications at Columbia University.
