His expertise extends to being a Police Psychologist and Hostage Negotiator, where he focuses on managing aggression and negotiating hostage situations.

Heading the High Performance Leadership Program at IMD, Kohlrieser has transitioned from clinical psychology and crisis negotiation to executive education and corporate leadership training.
