A global business expert, having led transformation and innovation projects in 38 countries, he is also former Salesforce SVP of Transformation and Innovation, and an Investor/Entrepreneur in Residence at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is the co-author of Genius at Scale with Harvard Business School Professor Linda A. Hill. published in March 2026.
