We are currently living through a moment of unprecedented uncertainty, with the radical changes companies have had to make to adjust to the current situation. From working from home, adjusting our business models to accomodate a new era. It’s time for leaders to see their organizations through this changing economic climate.
We at WOBI would like to make a contribution to our fellow business community by sharing the three content videos of some of the world’s most renowned speakers and thinkers. They all cover Change Management.
First off, Jeff Immelt – Few leaders have more experience in managing disruption and change than Jeff Immelt. For 16 years he led a global team of 300,000 people at General Electric through recessions, bubbles, and at least three “black swan” events. During this period, he transformed the organization into an innovative, digitally focused global powerhouse.
In this video he answers the question, how do you drive significant change?
Second, Gary Hamel – one of the world’s most influential and iconoclastic business thinkers who has led transformational efforts in some of the world’s most notable companies helping to create billions of dollars in shareholder value. Hamel has been on the faculty of the London Business School for more than 30 years and is the Director of the Management Innovation eXchange.
In this video, he discusses how to lead with a new set of principles.
